3003 Aluminum Sheet Approx. 20% higher strength than the 1100 series, but retaining an excellent workability rating. May show some slight discoloration when anodized, but reacts well to mechanical and organic finishings. 3003 is easily welded and brazed, but solder is limited to the torch method. Like 1100, tends to be "gummy" when machined. Non-heat treatable.Typical applications include food and chemical equipment, appliance components, truck and trailer roofing, heat exchangers, and lawn furniture components.

This series aluminum sheet is anticorrosive and its production technology is good.
The main ingredient in it is manganese element and the content is between 1.0% and 1.5%.
3004 Aluminum Sheet belongs to the Anti-Rust series. The content of magnesium alloy can almost reach 1%, it is a product with good anti-rust performance. 3004 aluminum sheets are produced by Hot-Rolling process. The minimum order quantity is 5 tons. Although this series of aluminum plate is divided into aluminum-manganese alloy(3000 series aluminum), the higher magnesium alloy is more like aluminum-magnesium (5000 series aluminum) alloy products, the material’s high quality anti-rust, corrosion resistance determines a wide range of use and long service life.
The stock of 3004 aluminum sheets on the market is small, basically this product relies on custom processing to get real 3004 material. Our 3004 products are hot-rolled aluminum plates with well anodizing effect, and we are one of the few companies in China that produce aluminum alloys with modified materials.
